What is the visit charge? What if I don't get the work done?
The worker charges ₹100 to come to your home and check the problem. If you don't like the quote, you pay only this ₹100, nothing more.
How do I know the worker can be trusted?
Our team speaks to every worker on the phone and checks their identity, area and work experience before giving them any job. Ratings come only from customers whose work was completed. An OTP at the door confirms the right worker has come.
How soon does the worker come?
We will call within 30 minutes of your request. Once a nearby available worker is found, we will confirm arrival time. “Now” means as soon as possible, not a guaranteed arrival time. Scheduled slots are also confirmed on the call.
How do I pay?
When the work is done, pay the worker directly in cash or UPI. We do not hold any money in between. If there is a dispute, raise a complaint and we will sort it out.
The same problem came back after the work?
If the same problem comes back within 7 days, ask for a re-service with no visit charge. From "My bookings" or on the phone.
