The price for the worker to come home and check the problem. This is the one amount fixed upfront, and you see it while booking.
A quote after the check
The real problem in a motor or AC is not known until it is opened, so we don't quote a false fixed price. After the check, the worker gives a quote with labour and parts written separately.
No work without approval
Work starts only when you approve the quote. Say no and you pay only the ₹100 visit charge, nothing more. If asked for more than the approved price, don't pay — complain.
Warranty as per policy
Work booked on the platform with an approved quote has a 7-day service warranty: if the same problem comes back, you get a re-service with no visit charge. Parts are under their maker's warranty; a new problem is not covered.
