We collect only as much information as is needed to get your work done.

What information we collect

  • Mobile number — for login (OTP) and for contact with the worker.
  • Name and address — so the worker can reach the right place.
  • Details of the problem and any photo, video or voice note you send.
  • Your phone's location, if you allow it — only to identify your area.
  • Site usage figures — to improve the service.

Worker information

  • At registration: name, phone number, city and area, trade, skills, experience and profile photo. We do not ask for any identity document (Aadhaar, voter ID and so on) right now.
  • Customers see the worker's name, photo, skills and rating; the phone number only while that job is on.
  • The job record (time, quote, rating, complaint) stays linked to the worker's profile.

Who can see your information

  • Before accepting a job, the worker sees only the problem and the area. Your phone number and full address are shown only after the worker accepts the job, and are removed when the job is over.
  • Only your first name and area are shown with your rating.
  • We do not sell your information to anyone for advertising.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources and use of public pages. It uses cookies and device information to measure usage. We do not send your name, phone number, address, OTP or booking details to Analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled.

Security

  • Login is not by password; it is by a new OTP every time.
  • Your files are kept in private storage and open only through time-limited links.

Where the information is kept

  • On secure cloud servers that only our limited team can access.
  • The login OTP is sent through Google's Firebase service; it receives only your phone number.

How long we keep it

  • Booking records for as long as you have an account, and after that for as long as the law requires.
  • When the job is done, the worker can no longer see your phone number and full address.
  • Login sessions end on their own after a few days.

Your rights and deletion

To see or correct your information, or to have your account and information deleted, call or WhatsApp 75006 61874. We will act on your request once we receive it, except for records the law requires us to keep (such as an open complaint or a payment dispute).
